The calculator runs in your browser. The website, enquiry volume, job value, and response-gap values you enter are not intentionally sent to or stored by AgencyXcelerate when you calculate a scenario.
If you choose “Send this scenario,” your device opens a draft email containing the scenario. Nothing is sent until you decide to send it through your own email provider.
Email sent to `hello@agencyxcelerate.co` is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to an authorized AgencyXcelerate inbox. We use it to respond to your request, assess fit, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. Do not send credentials, payment-card data, health data, or other sensitive information.
Hosting and technical data
Our hosting and security providers may process ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, requested page, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site. This release does not intentionally set marketing cookies or load third-party advertising trackers.
HighLevel relationship
AgencyXcelerate is independent from HighLevel. We do not send your calculator inputs to HighLevel in this release. If a later proof sprint uses HighLevel, the applicable scope, consent, terms, and data handling will be stated before collection.
Your choices
You can use the calculator without sending an email. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you emailed by contacting hello@agencyxcelerate.co. Legal retention duties and security records may limit deletion.
Changes
This notice will be revised when the site adds material data collection, analytics, accounts, automated messaging, or new processors. The effective date at the top identifies the current version.
