AgencyXcelerate is an independent entity. It is not HighLevel, an employee or agent of HighLevel, and cannot bind or make guarantees for HighLevel.
AgencyXcelerate may later receive referral payments from HighLevel. When a page, post, email, or video contains a commission-earning link, the material relationship will be disclosed clearly and close to that link. There is no HighLevel referral link on the initial public site.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, probe security, disrupt service, introduce malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or submit sensitive or unlawfully obtained information. You are responsible for the accuracy and rights associated with information you choose to send.
Intellectual property
The AgencyXcelerate name, original copy, calculator presentation, operating method, and site materials are owned by or licensed to AgencyXcelerate. HighLevel and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply endorsement.
Availability and limitation
The public site may change, pause, or contain errors during the documented build. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided “as is” without warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
